Helping Small Businesses Since 1999.
I started my first business in 1999 in Margaret River. I was a graphic designer building branding and packaging for wineries and tourism businesses.
It wasn't a glamorous start. I had a baby on the way, no local jobs for my skills, and I was working as a tiler's labourer, waiter, and grape picker to pay the bills. Starting a business wasn't a dream — it was a necessity.
Over the past 25+ years I've seen entire industries change overnight. The internet arrived, so I learned to build websites. Online advertising took off, so I launched Media Evolution in 2012. Now AI and automation are transforming how we work.
I've learned a few things along the way:
- •Success is as much about what you say no to as what you say yes to.
- •Get the right professionals around you early.
- •Build systems before you hire.
- •Stay adaptable — the ability to pivot is everything.
I've used automation to make my own businesses more efficient and profitable. I've seen what it can do for others too.
I'm not here to sell "10x growth" hype. I've been in business for close to 3 decades, I've won awards, I've had failures (big & small), and I know the reality of running a small business. We're the backbone of this country, but we're being squeezed from all sides. My goal is simple: work with business owners who know there's a better way, and help them find it with smart systems and tools.
